Photo101 Course - $125/Nov 16th & 23rd

Course Description

A two week photography course where you'll learn to manage the creative controls of your DSLR or mirrorless camera and improve your images without relying on auto mode. We'll cover aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and their harmonious relationship to yield a proper exposure, based on the intended outcome of your pictures. We'll spend time during each 1.5 hour session shooting, reviewing images, and experimenting with our cameras to better understand the exposure triangle. We'll discuss the importance of quality lenses and the benefits of having a few in your rotation. If you have a Canon DSLR, you can experiment with my various lenses during the sessions. The course is limited to 8 students and meets at the Harveston Lake House, 29005 Lakehouse Rd. Temecula, CA 92591, on two consecutive Saturday mornings (11/16 & 11/23) 10:00am-11:30am PST.
